HOW CAN YOU HELP OUT??  HERE ARE WAYS YOU CAN HELP ... IM OR E-MAIL THE TEAM CAPTAIN OR ONE OF THE CO-CAPTAINS AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO!!!

• Advertising - Takes care of Listings in SL/ RFL / Groups and any other listing we can make for an event.  Takes Care of Event Board listings.  Keep the calendar for team, making sure we just try space out events where we dont overlap.
• Kiosk  - Find places and place kiosks.  Check them now and then, handle issues with them.  At Relay end make sure all are taken up. 
• Date Auctions - Work with clubs and groups to run date auctions for their groups between March and July during Relay.  Take roles as planners, DJs, and hostesses. 
• DJs - Djs listed in this group will help DJ team events, work on events of their own, and help with special musical events. 
• Auction - Will work to find quality donations for our Annual Auction.  Work with designers for one of kinds or 1st ever editions.  Set up and carry out the auction for one week during end of June.
• Gala Planning- Plan our grand Gala Ball for end of June at the END of the week long Auction.  An all day event maybe with DJs, and special themed settings and events.
• Camp Planning - Need builders, scriptors, designer to work on camp.  Decide camp theme, lay out rough draft and plan for building came.   Incorporate the theme of the year, element of fundraising, and fun!
• Dances -  Plans Dance events for the team and as fundraiser at different locations with different themes and DJs.  Work to include all forms of music and different styles of events. 
• Team Shop - Run and help gather items for our team store.  All items in Relay Vendors.
